What to Expect at the Gala

We are so excited to welcome you to the Pirates Fall Gala! This special evening brings our Compass community together for fun, music, and celebration while raising funds that support students and teachers throughout the year.

We know you probably have a few questions about tickets, food, dress code, and more, so we’ve pulled together some quick answers below.

Keep an eye out for more updates soon, including details on silent auction items, the food truck menu, and entertainment.

  • $40 per person or $75 per couple.

  • Your ticket covers entry to the Gala, access to the silent auction, live entertainment, the photobooth, and light appetizers & desserts.

  • Yes! Light appetizers and desserts are included with your ticket. A food truck will also be on site if you’d like to purchase additional food.

  • Barley & Vine is a public venue that serves alcohol.

    Please note: Compass PTA is not serving, providing, paying for, or promoting alcohol sales.

    Any purchases are strictly between guests and the venue.

  • Semi-formal attire is encouraged. Think “a night out” — dresses, skirts, dress pants, button-downs, or a nice top. Have fun dressing up, but no need for black tie!

  • Yes! We’ll need volunteers to help with ticket check-in, clearing dishes, and trash throughout the evening.

  • All proceeds support Compass Elementary PTA programs, including student activities, teacher appreciation, and community events throughout the school year.
